**Responsibilities**:
- Daily job duties and responsibilities of Front office and Admin includes:
- Manage all matters pertaining to reception / office appearance and utilities
- Maintain database of suppliers and service providers
- Assist Office Manager with office fit out requirements
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience of working in an institute preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
**Experience
- 1 Year & above Minimum**
