**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage data, generate reports, and streamline workflows.
- Communicate efficiently and professionally via internet channels to coordinate tasks, exchange information, and facilitate collaboration.
- Engage with employees in the field to provide support, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred). Perusing can also apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to implement solutions.
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field is a plus, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
