Skill-Mantra is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team in Noida. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our platform by acquiring new customers and expanding our market presence.
**Responsibilities**:
2. Understand the needs and requirements of prospective clients and effectively communicate the benefits of Skill-Mantra's courses.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our e-learning platform.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated territory or market segment.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
8. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the e-learning or education sector. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving targets.
5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Prior experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
