Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, either over the phone or in-person, fostering positive relationships and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Analyze customer needs, initiate work orders, provide quotes, develop repair plans, and schedule service appointments.
- Create and execute complex work orders, collaborating with Service Supervisor/Team Lead oversight to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate job assignments with the Service Supervisor/Team Lead, facilitating effective workflow management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolve warranty-related issues, and clarify billing details as required.
- Monitor workshop performance metrics, including labor productivity and customer satisfaction, and implement improvement strategies.

**Qualifications**

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work night shifts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in voice processes, preferably in a customer service-oriented role.
- Ability to independently manage end customers in North America.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing research skills to identify optimal service solutions.

**Experience**:

- Inbound and outbound calling experience.
- Customer handling skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Inbound and outbound voice process experience.
- Ability to work night shifts (5 PM - 2 AM).
