We are having a Service set up in PAN India with a dedicated team of 150 Service Engineers.
HYT has developed and established agencies for maintaining our machines on the global platform as well. We at HYT are constantly upgrading technology to provide economical solutions for challenging demands. We believe in providing turnkey solutions from design, manufacturing to after sales maintenance. **Responsibilities**:
- Administrative support
- To manage Wenders, Cafeteria, Guest House, Traveling Maintenance and Security.
- Assist with document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and filling.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging venues, catering, and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
**Procurement**:
- manage procurement processes efficiently.
- Travel Management: Coordinate and handle travel arrangements for employees
- Vendor Management: Engage with vendors to ensure effective relationships and service delivery. Asset Management: Tag and maintain assets and keep records updated. Office Supply Management: Ensure the timely availability of office supplies. Courier Management: Supervise and streamline courier operations.
- Facility Management: Play a key role in maintaining and optimizing facility operations. Canteen Management:
- Efficiently manage canteen operations, ensuring a comfortable and conducive environment for our team. Excel Proficiency: Be skilled in using Excel for various reporting and data management needs.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange logistics, catering, and other event-related services.
- Any Graduate with Minimum of 6 years to 8 years of experience in Administration
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Previous experience in facilities or operations management is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
