**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct risk assessments and develop security policies, procedures, and standards to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Design and oversee the implementation of robust security architecture, access controls, and identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Manage and coordinate incident response plans, investigations, and resolution efforts, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Perform security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and address potential security weaknesses.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs and campaigns to promote a strong security culture throughout the organization.
- Evaluate and implement security tools, technologies, and solutions to enhance the organization's security posture.
- Analyze threat intelligence and stay updated with the latest security advancements, trends, and best practices.
- Monitor security operations and ensure the effective implementation of security controls and countermeasures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage security-related projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare and present security reports, metrics, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, principles, and industry best practices.
- Strong understanding of risk management, security controls, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with security tools, technologies, and incident response processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing security programs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Industry-recognized security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC).
- Experience in secure software development life cycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with security automation and orchestration tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior security professionals.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
