**Job Responsibilites**:
- Support day-to-day office operations and manage staff.
- Organize office procedures, handle payroll, manage correspondence, and maintain filing systems.
- Establish and enforce office policies, procedures, and standards.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure completion.
- Analyze reports, identify trends, and inform management.
- Recruit, train, and manage office staff.
- Set and manage budget, analyze spending, and make adjustments as needed.
