**Job Description - Central Ticketing Team (Customer Support)**

**Requirements**:

**Description**:
1. Good with customer handling

2. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention

3. Overseeing the Customer service process

5. Proficient with problem solving ability

6. Handling Escalations

**Salary Offered: Up to 35k in hand**

**Incentives: Up to 18k monthly**

**Working days: 5.5 Days**

**Working hours: 9 hours Work from office (Rotational shifts)**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
