**Responsibilities**
Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Continental Restaurant chef located in Madurai. The chef will be responsible for creating and overseeing the menu, as well as ensuring high-quality and consistent meals for our customers. The Continental Restaurant chef will report directly to the restaurant manager/ and work closely with the team to create new and exciting dishes.

Required to provide quality Continental food including English, Italian & Mexican and to maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety at all times. Responsible for day-to-day operations of kitchen

**Qualifications**
Must be well versed in Continental cuisines. Experience in Relevant cuisines.
- Hands on experience in food costing and cost control
- Hands on experience in recipe management
- In-charge for hiring and training new kitchen staff.
- Manage the recipe and ensure taste and quality is maintainedp.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
