**Job Title: Sourcing Executive**

**Location**:Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410210

**Minimum Qualification**:12th/ Graduation

Sourcing Executive is responsible for managing the sourcing and recruitment of crew members for maritime vessels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with crew members

Ability to assess and evaluate crew members based on their qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.

**Skills Required**:
Computer Operating skills.

Good Communication skills in English.

Knowledge/Abilities Required: MS-Word, MS-Excel

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
