**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled **Sales Administrator **to join our **Caterpillar Financial Services India Private Limited Division.**
The incumbent would Perform administrative and in-house support tasks for a sales team, helping to build relationships and improve customer experience.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore - Caterpillar PSN office, Whitefield.
**What you will do**
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing customer/Dealer service regarding products and services, addressing issues related to customer orders.
- Performing general administrative duties, including maintaining files, schedules and appointments, for the sales teams.
**What you will have**:
- A bachelor’s degree is a must
- Exp into Customer/Dealer Relationships.

**Account Management**: Knowledge of account management; ability to manage day-to-day activities, providing services and support to existing clients.

- Locates where and how to obtain information on a specific account.
