_**Responsibilities**:_

**Order Processing**:
Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Verify order details, including pricing, product availability, and shipping information.

Communicate order status and updates to customers and the sales team.

Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and contracts.

Prepare and distribute sales reports and analytics to the sales team and management.

**Customer Support**:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and order status.

Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

**Communication**:
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Liaise with other departments, such as shipping, finance, and marketing, to facilitate a seamless flow of information.

**Inventory Management**:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability for fulfilling customer orders.

Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to track and manage stock levels.

**Sales Support**:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.

Coordinate sales meetings and appointments, manage calendars, and provide administrative support to the sales staff.

**Data Entry and Reporting**:
Accurately input data into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Administrative Tasks**:
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and maintaining office supplies.

Support sales team members with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration is a plus.

Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

The Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of the sales process and contributes to the overall success of the sales team and the organization.

**Salary**: ₹220,702.71 - ₹419,050.59 per year
