**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling, training requirements, training attendance and communication.
- Audit the training as per the checklist
- Scheduling trainers/facilitators and logistics for training program
- Helping manager to assist with daily operational tasks
- Help in coordinating with different stakeholders to make sure training runs smoothly
- Training Reports: Creating and maintaining all the relevant training reports (Feedback, MOC Report etc.)

**Role Requirements**
- 1-2 years of working experience in the field of training, learning & development, operations management, or a related field to any of the above.
- Experience in handling end to end training (online and offline)
- Bonus: Having a basic understanding of tech and startup frameworks would be beneficial
- Bonus: Experience running operations in an Approved Training Organization (ATO), including implementing ATO frameworks and processes would be beneficial.
