Training Coordinator

Summary of Responsibilities:
- Manage and update course schedule in the LMS
- Confirm attendees and run rosters
- Assist in the preparation of course materials for deployment in the LMS
- Requires frequent communication and some virtual collaboration with the members of the Commercial Enablement, Learning & Performance Center and other Fortrea employees.
- Work with members of the Commercial Enablement and Global Learning Team to coordinate global leaning sessions effectively (virtual or face to face)
- Provides administrative support to Commercial Enablement and Global Learning Team
- Maintain Commercial Enablement Mailbox within business specified timelines by processing new requests submitted by approved business stakeholders, facilitating online content review/publishing process and troubleshooting or assisting with question/issue resolution
- Administer updates to assignments and curricula in the LMS
- Run ad hoc reports from the LMS as needed
- Manages the Commercial Enablement and Learning training record process
- Support SOPs/Policies that govern the learning organization and represents at audit
- Works collaboratively with Global Learning and Commercial Enablement Trainers to ensure that the training quality standards are met
- Maintains and applies knowledge of technical training theories and techniques to sustain overall training effectiveness
- Ensures team adherence to content management standards as outlined in the associated guidance document and maintains the repository
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- And all other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
- University/college degree - life sciences preferred but not required
- _ Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements._
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Experience (Minimum Required):
- 1- 3 years relevant learning management and/or development experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO Or 1-3 training coordination
- Saba cloud experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including high proficiency in MS Office Suites essential 3+ years in a position requiring strong multi-tasking ability/skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data
- Experience with SharePoint
- Management of multiple projects
- Understand of clinical trials and working in a commercial environment
- Quality & compliance tracking
Preferred Qualifications Include:
- University/college degree - life sciences preferred but not required
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- Standard office environment
- Must be able to work at a computer keyboard 6-8 hours per day.
- Other relevant facts - flexibility in scheduling to support a global team is a plus
