Assistant Manager - Training Coordinator | Learning & Development

Location - Bangalore

Experience - 4-10 yrs


Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager cum co-ordinator for our lean team of Learning and Development (L&D). This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about learning and development and seeks to drive organizational success through effective training strategies. If you have a strategic mindset, exceptional training skills, and a collaborative approach, we would love to hear from you.

In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our organization’s goals. Your contributions will directly influence our culture of continuous improvement, equipping our team with the skills necessary for success. Your ability to analyze program effectiveness and adapt strategies will ensure our L&D efforts support our dynamic and growing team. This role requires occasional travel across our site locations.


Key Responsibilities for the Training co-ordinator /Trainer role:

  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis with stakeholders to design training programs that align with the organization's goals.
  • Liaise with internal SME/vendors to design and deliver effective learning content./technical session and soft skills .
  • Develop and deliver both online and in-person learning sessions for new and existing initiatives.
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver training sessions, managing all planning and logistics.
  • Measure and analyze training effectiveness and ROI for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate training data and manage the training budget.
  • Has an aptitude to read and stay updated in this domain.
  • Prior experience in the execution of corporate engagement programs is important.

  • Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach to both face-to-face and online learning.
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage time effectively and meet objectives and deadlines.


Technical Skills/Certifications:

  • Familiarity with current learning technologies and principles.
  • Follow and apply Kirkpatrick’s theory at work.


Educational Qualifications:

  • Any graduate/P.G with specialisation in Human Resources, Education Learning and Development, or a relevant field preferred. OR B.E./B.Tech. in Civil or Structural.
  • Proven experience in L&D, Training, Organizational Development (OD), or similar roles, with expertise in training design, development, delivery, and facilitation.
  • Current knowledge of effective L&D methods and measuring impact of trg.
  • Relevant Learning and Development or certification will be an asset. Facilitation background will be added advantage
