1. **Administrative Duties**:
- **Client Documentation**: Maintaining client records, updating policy details, and handling renewals.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Coordinating meetings between clients and insurance agents.
- **Data Entry**: Inputting and managing customer data in insurance management systems.
- **Filing Claims**: Assisting clients in filing insurance claims and processing the necessary paperwork.
2. **Service Calls to Clients**:
- **Policy Reviews**: Calling clients to review their existing policies, explain coverages, and answer any questions.
- **Renewals and Updates**: Notifying clients about policy renewals or any changes that might affect their coverage.
- **Claim Follow-ups**: Checking on the status of ongoing claims and providing updates to clients.
- **Customer Support**: Resolving client concerns or complaints regarding their policies or coverage.
3. **Sales Calls**:
- **Lead Generation**: Reaching out to potential clients to introduce insurance products.
- **Cold Calling**: Making outbound calls to prospective clients to offer insurance solutions.
- **Cross-Selling**: Suggesting additional products to existing clients based on their needs.
- **Policy Quotes**: Providing price estimates and explaining policy options to potential customers.
