Back Office Assistant-insurance

**Position: Back Office-Sales.**
**Location: Thane.**
**Experience: 1-2 Years**
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communicate effectively with various retail and corporate clients to gather information and provide tailored insurance quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist clients with policy renewals, amendments, and updates.
- Coordinate with insurers and underwriters for the accurate quotes for clients based on their needs.
- Ensure all documentation is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Actively follow up with both retail and corporate clients to close sales and ensure timely completion of processes.
- Assist in maintaining an updated sales pipeline and track ongoing deals.
- Provide regular reports to senior management regarding client interactions, quotations, follow-up activities, and any potential issues or opportunities.
- Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and support senior management with various administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements & Skills**:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support, preferably in the insurance broker industry (retail and corporate).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
