Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information. Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and offer appropriate solutions via chat interactions.
- Fraud investigation: Reviewing chargeback cases, identifying suspicious activities, and gathering evidence
- Account verification: Verifying account information by phone
- Order assistance: Helping customers place orders, get refunds, or make exchanges
- Product promotion: Promoting company products and services
- Research: Conducting research to identify patterns and trends related to fraud
- Reporting: Preparing reports and documentation on fraud cases
- Compliance: Staying up to date on industry regulations and best practices
