We are looking to hire a Talent Coordinator who can help in the smooth functioning of our Talent team.

**Responsibility**

**1. Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Conduct thorough reference checks and verify previous employment details.
- Prepare accurate offer letters and employment contracts in a timely manner.
- Assist in creating a seamless new employee onboarding process, including organizing orientation sessions and guiding new hires through paperwork completion.
- Analyze feedback to identify areas for process improvement and increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement suggested improvements.

**3. **Benefits Administration**:

- Maintain comprehensive records of insurance coverage for new employees, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process various benefits-related documentation, including claims, leave requests, and enrollment forms.
- Liaise with insurance providers and benefits vendors to resolve employee inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that all benefits-related information is effectively communicated to employees

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and recruitment platforms, experience with Workable is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment, onboarding, and benefits
