We are looking to hire a Talent Coordinator who can help in the smooth functioning of our Talent team.

Responsibility

1.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Conduct thorough reference checks and verify previous employment details.
  • Prepare accurate offer letters and employment contracts in a timely manner.
  • Assist in creating a seamless new employee onboarding process, including organizing orientation sessions and guiding new hires through paperwork completion.
  • Analyze feedback to identify areas for process improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement suggested improvements.

3. Benefits Administration**:

  • Maintain comprehensive records of insurance coverage for new employees, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process various benefitsrelated documentation, including claims, leave requests, and enrollment forms.
  • Liaise with insurance providers and benefits vendors to resolve employee inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that all benefitsrelated information is effectively communicated to employees

Requirements:

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration is preferred.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and recruitment platforms, experience with Workable is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment, onboarding, and benefits
