A Personal Assistant is a professional who provides comprehensive administrative, organizational, typically high-level executives, business owners, celebrities, or high-net-worth individuals. Personal assistants play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of their employer's professional and personal lives by handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Calendar and Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure optimal time management.
- Information Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring easy accessibility to relevant information. Conduct research and prepare briefs or summaries for meetings, presentations, or projects.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare materials for, and attend meetings as required. Take minutes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Event Planning and Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating corporate events, conferences, and workshops. This may involve venue selection, logistics, guest invitations, catering, and post-event evaluations.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive matters or confidential documents.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Task Prioritization and Follow-up: Prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Proactively follow up on pending matters and provide timely reminders to the executive.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree and a related field is preferred.
- Should be know Languages like., English, Telugu and Hindi
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism, with a customer-service mindset and the ability to represent the executive or organization positively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
