The Executive Personal Assistant will work closely with executive-level staff to provide administrative support, manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Additionally, the Executive Personal Assistant will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure that administrative operations run smoothly, and perform other duties as assigned. Will proactively aid in Business Development and liasoning with the probable Clients, while coordinating with the internal team.. An immediate joiner has better chances to join our team.

Qualifications - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience in administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced corporate setting - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field - Previous experience supporting C-level executives is a plus - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
