Job Description The primary job responsibility of an **executive** **assistant** to a CEO is basically providing support in all areas of a CEOs business life. With the help of an **executive** **assistant**, its expected that the workload of the CEO will run smoothly and the CEOs meeting schedules are properly arranged. 

Key responsibilities

A) Managerial Assistance: 

1. Complete all specific tasks and instructions as assigned by the CEO.

2. Following through and completing all standing instructions for tasks that are periodic/regular in nature.

3. In cases where an item in the Minutes of Meeting involves following up with an internal department / business unit or an external vendor, doing so as advised/instructed by the CEO.

4. Obtaining periodical data and reports from other and preparing summary of the same with own observation and then presenting it to the CEO, as assigned.

5. Manage light and non-confidential staff issues as and when needed.

B) Secretarial Assistance:
1. Prepare correspondence, memos and occasional speeches / press release for the CEO.

2. Preparing expense reports.

C) Travel:
1. Extensive daily traveling with the CEO. 

D) Calendar Management:
1. Scheduling of daily & weekly business calendar and updating the CEO at the beginning of the day & week.

2. Scheduling meetings.

3. Coordinating appointment requests - Checking with the CEO on his availability & informing the person seeking his appointment.

5. Handling pre meeting requisites documents; presentations; visiting cards.

7. Following up with attendees and ensuring their presence in meetings.

E) Personal Work:
The EA will take on and manage personal work for the CEO such as scheduling medical and legal appointments, interfacing with household staff, driver, coordinating travel, keeping detailed records, as well as personal care appointments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
