Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support Representative in the automobile sector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information related to automotive products and services. You will serve as a liaison between the customers and the company, fostering positive relationships and contributing to the overall success of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate and timely information regarding automotive products, services, warranties, and maintenance.
**Issue Resolution**:Identify and assess customer needs to effectively resolve problems and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with other departments, such as technical support and service centers, to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
**Product Knowledge**:Stay updated on the latest automotive products, features, and technologies to provide informed assistance to customers.
Assist customers in understanding product specifications, usage, and maintenance.
**Order Processing**:Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and status updates.
Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
**Documentation**:Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer support database.
Generate reports on common customer issues and feedback to inform product and service improvements.
**Customer Education**:Educate customers on the use and maintenance of automotive products to enhance their overall experience.
Provide guidance on routine maintenance schedules and troubleshooting procedures.
**Quality Assurance**:Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
Identify trends in customer issues and collaborate with the team to implement proactive solutions.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences and market trends.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in automotive technology or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and basic technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

**Salary**: ₹12,211.94 - ₹20,000.00 per month
