**Event Execution Strategist**

**Location**: Gurugram (Work from office)

**Schedule**: 6+ days a week, Sundays off

**CTC range**: INR 6 - 8 LPA

**Joining**: Immediate - 30 days

**Position Summary**:

- event evaluations. Your creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of events that leave a lasting impression on our clients and guests.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Develop innovative event concepts and themes that align with the client's vision.

2.Plan and manage all logistics, including venue selection, transportation, catering, decor, and audiovisual requirements.

3.Create detailed event timelines, ensuring all tasks are executed according to schedule.

4.Track expenses and manage the budget throughout the planning process, ensuring cost
- effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.

5.Onsite Event Management: Oversee all event-related activities on the day of the event, ensuring smooth execution and problem-solving as needed.

6.Coordinate with event staff, volunteers, and vendors to ensure seamless event setup and execution.

7.Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.

8.Maintain strong relationships with key vendors for future event planning.

9.Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies that may occur during the event.

10.Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and gather feedback from clients and attendees.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1.Proficient experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

2.Minimum of three years of active experience as an Event Planner, demonstrating a successful track record of planning and executing diverse events.

3.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

4.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure flawless event execution.

5.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong vendor relationships.

6.Creative thinking and a passion for bringing unique event concepts to life.

7.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required by event schedules.

8.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
