**The Impact you will create in the Job**:

- Identify and reach out to prospective partners & Pitch the partner program and onboard new ones
- Create business plans working closely with partners, Netcore field sales team, marketing, presales and other cross functional teams
- Organise trainings and carry out sales enablement activities to set partner up for success
- Help acquire new customers from existing customer base
- Acquire new customers through Outbound / ABM campaigns. Drive, upsell and cross sell campaigns
- Work on a commission-based quota carrying role
- Provide operational support, handle partner and customer escalations
- Help organise events, ideate with marketing team and help execute marketing activities through partners
- Maintain business hygiene in relation to CRM and Accounting

- As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, recruiting, onboarding and enabling new partners in LATAM. You will work closely with our direct sales team in the region to jointly drive revenue goals.
- The ability to create playbooks from scratch
- Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics
- 2 - 7 years of software sales experience, preferably in SaaS sales (direct / indirect channels)
- Have an Entrepreneurial mind-set or Prior experience in a startup/hyper growth setup would be a bonus
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and relationship building skills
