**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness
- Develop engaging and persuasive product presentations for both online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials that highlight the ethical and sustainable aspects of our products.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Gather feedback from customers and use it to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fair trade or ethical products industry.
- Strong understanding of fair trade principles and commitment to ethical business practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, socially conscious environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
