**Acorn Marketing is a start-up located in Canada with clients in Canada and the United States providing digital marketing and web design.**

**Looking full-time growth mindset B2B Sales telemarketing prospector. This is an entry-level full-time position(35h/week) with a base salary of 21000IR/month + commissions. Successful sales reps should be able to make 50000IR-90000IR/month or more commission included. There is no limit to how much you can earn.**

**This position also involves cold calling for prospects (hundreds per day). You will deal with rejection after rejection however the point is to find only interested prospects so you have to deal with rejections without getting phased**

**Since this position requires cold calling using a VOIP phone, a stable internet connection** **(both download and upload speed), good headset/microphone and a good computer** **are required**

**This position provides you with an opportunity to work from home, however, a quiet workspace free from distractions and outside noise is required.**

**You will need perfect English communication skills, both written and verbal.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Cold calling hundreds of random business owners per day (most of whom are not interested in your services) (lists will be provided)**:

- **Finding the correct clients and unphased by incorrect clients.**:

- **Finding the correct product to client fit**:

- **Dealing with gate keepers**:

- **Understanding the psychology of sales and what business owners are interested in when it comes to digital marketing (training provided)**:

- **Ability to meet daily/weekly targets**

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Good interpersonal and communication skills**:

- **100% proficiency in English (mínimal Indian accent preferred)**:

- **Extremely thick skin and ability to handle rejection after rejection without getting phased to your goal.**:

- **Experience in sales dealing with cold prospecting and cold calling**:

- **Rock star sales confidence**:

- **Ability to follow up with sales and build relationship with clients**:

- **Ability to close sales.**:

- **Bonus if you have any prior knowledge or understanding of SEO and web design.**

**Sales training and mentorship will also be provided.**

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
