**Responsibilities**:
- Director’s Full-day Schedule setup.
setting up and maintaining personal files.
assisting with direct marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Travel arrangements and accommodation for all executives going to corporate events.
Office Administration.
Calendar management.
Schedule Meetings
Housekeeping Management.
Employee Engagement program
Staff Management.
Vendor Management Maintaining an inventory of facility & equipment used.
Facility Management
Travel and Hotel Bookings.
**Requirements**:
- **Must require : 1)Single 2) Ready to travel**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior
management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to multitask and
prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and
professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours as needed
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
