- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Assist in drafting and editing documents, letters, and other communications.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain the office calendar, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are accurately recorded.
- Assist in tax-saving initiatives by organizing relevant documentation and liaising with the accounting team.
- Managing Social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, by posting updates, engaging with followers, and promoting the firm's services.
- Handle ticketing and travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effective and timely bookings.
- Assist in billing processes and ensuring accuracy. Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and security.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience of at least 1 year as a PA or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
