Role
Client Renewal Manager is the face of the organization and is responsible for representing DIIPL to its clients. CRM
regularly interacts with clients from specific business categories and maintains business relationship with them.
CRM educates the clients about the business opportunities being provided by DIIPL via its authentic buyer traffic
and easy-to-use technical tools. It is a client facing role that provides the opportunity to learn more and more about
ever evolving e-commerce industry. The role requires a mix of technical as well as sales skills.
will facilitate the clients by regularly supporting them with their online presence and reach out to their target customers.
They will have the ability to work across organizations and disciplines to build networks and accomplish business
goals.
Experience & Skills
- To provide the better servicing to existing client and maintain relationship with them over call
- To Build Better understanding with client and help him with the Renewal according to the tenure.
- To help client and arranging the virtual call with buyers.
- To build knowledge-based relationship with clients and understand nitty-gritty’s of client’s business, like
demand pattern, seasonality, key industries served, products bought by client, industry growth etc
- To build healthy sales funnel by reaching out to all the clients from allocated set of data and educating
them about the products and services
- Appointment setting and regular follow-ups to close the sales funnels
- To acquire all the targeted accounts within the region and generate business opportunities for the
company’s products and services
- To develop category expertise by understanding the technical aspects of products or services of their
clients
- To help the clients in developing and maintaining online presence across DIIPL platforms like web and
- To constantly update client’s information and keep the client engaged to increase the visibility across
search platforms
- Forecasting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue
- Ensuring the achievement of sales target and managing sales support function
- Capturing category specific market intelligence & providing regular updates to management
- Key Skills Required
- Proven negotiation skills and influencing abilities
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling and time management
- Relevant work experience : 2 years
- Work from Office
- Demonstrated experience of achieving sales targets within Indian B2B industry
Preferred Qualification
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 2 Year experience into Inside sales
- Highly interested in Online sales
- Exposure to B2B Sales industry
- Knowledge of digital marketing and functioning of search engines
- Experience selling services to Indian SMEs
- Experience of client Servicing & Renewals
- Exposure in Internet Industry ( Ecommerce platforms )
- Necessary Training Will be provided.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
