**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome new clients over the phone, ensuring they feel valued and informed about the onboarding process.
- Provide an overview of the company’s services, help set expectations, and guide clients through initial steps of the integration.
- Review client contracts to ensure all terms, conditions, and deliverables are clear and accurately represented.
- Regularly engage clients to gather feedback on their experience with our services.
- Document, analyze, and report client feedback to relevant teams to help drive improvements.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate a positive, solution-oriented attitude in all client interactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients at all levels.
- Strong ability to speak with clarity and professionalism over the phone.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Courteous, empathetic, and respectful in all client interactions.
- Accuracy in reviewing contracts, documentation, and feedback.
- Proactively identify client issues and work with internal teams to resolve them quickly.
