As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our prospective clients. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Effective written communication skills for emails and proficient telephone and email response to client queries.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
