Receptionist Admin

Job description:
1. Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
3. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and Material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
5. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
6. Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
7. Must be Familiar with using MS - Word, MS- Excel, MS -Outlook, MS PowerPoint & Scanning Machine.
8. Must Be Excellence in Typing or Letter Typing.
9. Handle all Couriers.
10.Must Have Presentable Personality & good Communication Skills.
11. Must be a Graduate.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
