**Educational qualification: Any graduate with Fluency in English**
**Administrative Support**
- Managing schedules and calendars for senior staff.
- Arranging travel and meetings.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Filing and retrieving documents.
- Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks.
**Tender Management**:
- Liaising with government and client representatives.
- Responding to clarifications and queries.
- Negotiating terms and conditions.
- Following up on tender awards and contracts.
**Additional Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tendering software.
- Understanding of procurement processes and regulations.
Timings : 10:00 AM To 06:00 PM (Sunday Off)
**Salary: 2.28/LPA**
