You will be involved in:

- Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating all aspects of the event, including venue selection, scheduling, and logistics
- Marketing and Promotion: Developing strategies to promote the event, including advertising, social media campaigns, and partnerships with sponsors.
- Participant Coordination: Managing participant registration, communication, and engagement before, during, and after events.
- Client Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and foster future collaborations.
- Financial Management: Helping assist in budgeting, tracking expenses, and financial reporting to ensure events are within budgetary constraints.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conducting post-event evaluations to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks and liabilities associated with events, such as weather-related disruptions or accidents.

- Marketing and promotional skills to attract participants and sponsors.
- Organisational skills to manage logistics, schedules, and budgets.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations during events.
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, during events.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with other interns and staff members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
