**Responsibilities**:
- **Event Planning**:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
- Develop and present creative event concepts and proposals.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, and logistics.
- **Logistics Management**:
- Create detailed event timelines and schedules.
- Coordinate logistics for vendors, participants, and attendees.
- Ensure seamless execution of events by overseeing setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
- **Communication**:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal team members.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients.
- **Budget Management**:
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Source cost-effective solutions and negotiate contracts with vendors.
- **Problem Solving**:
- Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Handle unexpected challenges with poise and efficiency.
- **Quality Control**:
- Ensure all elements of the event meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and excellence.
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
