As an Executive Assistant at Berkshire Realty, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executives and ensuring the efficient operation of our real estate firm. You will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating various tasks and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements. Book cabs, air

tickets, or take assistance from an agent for the same as and when needed.

Answering phones, providing general administrative support to the office and staff

members.

Assist in hiring, HR process and support operations when required by administering

tests, scheduling appointments or Zoom / Google meet meetings, maintaining records

and information.

Maintain the attendance of all employees, make a salary sheet, and should be able to

do vendor management.

Confirm the dates and timings of interviews, client appointments, manage visits --
- and manage the hosting of guests, clients or prospective employees.

Manage the house - keeping staff and co-ordinate with them for cleaning getting

materials. Make sure the office supplies are in order. Manage budget and costing

(Say, for example, stationery, grocery, medicines, etc.)

Assist with project management and coordination of various initiatives across the

organization.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably looking for a married woman, preferably 30+ years of age, with 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor degree preferred, but not from open university.
- Should be able to take initiatives and possess leadership quality, and have a mindset to help in the growth of the company.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
