Key Responsibilities:
Calendar and Schedule Management:Maintain and manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Coordinate and prioritize conflicting commitments, ensuring efficient use of the executive's time.
Proactively provide reminders and follow-up on upcoming appointments and deadlines.

Draft and prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

Meeting Coordination:Arrange, schedule, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, equipment setup, and catering, if necessary.

Travel Arrangements:Plan and organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
Anticipate and address potential travel-related issues, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Administrative Support:Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, record keeping, and expense management.
Assist with personal errands, including personal shopping, gift purchases, and other ad-hoc requests.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required.

Relationship Management:Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and partners on behalf of the executive(s).
Represent the executive(s) in a professional manner during interactions and events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
