**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing interior design company. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, assisting with client requirements, and providing technical support during the initial stages of the sales process. You will work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to project execution, while maintaining high standards of client service and satisfaction.

**Product Knowledge and Demonstrations**:

- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s interior design services, materials, and offerings.
- Offer product recommendations based on client needs and preferences, demonstrating a deep understanding of trends and innovations in interior design.
- Conduct site visits, if necessary, to better understand the project space and provide insights.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads, answer questions, and address any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the project execution team after conversion.
