**Job Title**: Presales Executive (Real Estate)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Presales Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving sales and business growth within the real estate industry. This role involves understanding client needs, demonstrating product value, and facilitating smooth transitions to the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Qualification**:

- Understand their specific requirements and pain points
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- **Product Demonstrations and Presentations**:

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of our real estate offerings
- Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and concerns
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our real estate products and services
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics
- Be able to address technical questions and concerns raised by clients
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
- Provide pre-sales support to the sales team as needed
- Assist in developing sales proposals and contracts

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in presales or sales roles, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM and sales tools
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer needs

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with real estate software and tools
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
