We are seeking a talented and driven individual with at least one year of experience to join our marketing agency as a Field Sales Representative. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and marketing knowledge to drive business growth and client acquisition. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our agency's services to potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing personalized solutions to meet their marketing goals.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the agency's capabilities and offerings, effectively communicating value propositions to prospective clients.
- **Proposal Development**: Collaborate with the internal team to develop tailored proposals and marketing solutions that address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns, and objections to secure contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to management to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales, preferably in the marketing, advertising, or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, with a high level of initiative and motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and sales activities.
