- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- 2-4 Years in Client Servicing/ Customer Facing function.
- Proven ability in business development and customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Preferred Hindi language.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
