Role Description

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering online support, and delivering technical support services.


  • 95% Device Uptime
  • Application Support 
  • Install & Warranty – Site prep, training, tools availability, Preventive maintenance, Field Repairs, Close coordination with technology team for redesign, Customer Call handling mechanism & Parts management process
  • Customer Satisfaction – through high uptime and applications support
  • Create Awareness amongst Perfint's potential users (Radiologists, Nuclear Medicine physicians, Radiation Oncologists, Surgeons) and referring physicians (Gastro Enterologists, Pulmonologists, Urologists etc) about our products and their benefits
  • Perform virtual and in-person demos and establish clinical advantage of our products
  • Provide post-purchase procedure support to drive product adoption
  • Participate in scientific and trade events to enhance visibility amongst user community
  • Assist the product management team in creating world-class education material.
  • Establish and own Key Opinion Leader showsites , work with KOLs and clinical researchers to conduct studies and publish world-class scientific literature.
  • Partner with KOLs to validate new products and features
  • Provide inputs to the new product development team based on customer feedback, competitive benchmarking


Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in providing online support
  • Technical Support expertise
  • Strong clinical understanding and hands-on experience assisting physicians in Imaging procedures, surgeries etc
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Indian languages.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% both within and outside India
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
