- Reporting to the CEO, the Chief of Staff is a highly influential and visible role at Hero EMBU combining strategic planning, business management, and process improvement across a fast
- moving electric 2-wheeler industry. The Chief of Staff is the CEO’s partner in management and administration and providing thought leadership across various management and operational issues. This individual is a member of the senior management team and participates in the core team to provide strategic insights and guidance regarding all of the programs. He/She will have the primary responsibility for oversight of the administrative operations. Interacting across multiple
- functional areas, this individual will significantly increase interdepartmental efficiencies.
- The Chief of Staff will provide oversight and guidance to projects of high importance and will lead key strategic cross-functional and transformational projects. The role will support CEO in making more efficient use of time and to assist other members of CEO office to deliver their responsibilities more effectively.- Work with the CEO to prioritize projects and
- initiatives
- Spearhead managing miscellaneous administrative

issues for the CEO (e.g., preparation for external
- engagements or internal functions)
- Collaborate with the senior HR executives to help

resolve top personnel issues
- Act as the sounding board for the senior executives

and counsel the senior executive to facilitate decision
making.- Monitor business processes and lead change

management where necessary to improve process
- efficiency- Manage the agenda for the management team,

including management meetings and off-sites, and
- ensure communication and coordination between
- teams is as efficient as possible- Ensure a cadence of CEO-1 and CEO-2 meetings to

(pre)-discuss issues with the CEO- Partner in preparing the company’s short-term and

long-term strategic roadmap and enabling the
- management team to over-deliver on expected results- Provide research and administrative support for

special projects including identifying the problem and
- making recommendations- Identify, document, and follow-up on key

management issues and factors blocking decisions,
- and help drive their closure to ensure overall
- productivity of company- Lead to create the scope of work, approve business

case, gather approval, execute cross functional
- meetings and drive to conclusion specific projects
