Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Use various tools and techniques to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- **Client Engagement**:
- Present and demonstrate ITExpertUS’s products and services to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Follow up on leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a clear understanding of product offerings and capabilities.
- **Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
