**Key Requirements**:
**Education**:

- **MBA degree (preferred)**, with a focus on Marketing, Sales, Strategy, or related fields.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, IT, or commerce or relevant field.
- Experience:

- **Fresher or up to [0-1 year]** of internship/part-time experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus.
- No prior experience required, but an eagerness to learn and grow within the business development field is essential.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- **Strong communication skills in English **(both written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of sales processes and the ability to work with sales tools (CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint).
- An interest in technology and the IT industry, with a willingness to learn about IT solutions and services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Self-driven and proactive attitude, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.

**Not Required but a plus point**:

- Knowledge of cloud computing, software development, or any other IT-related services.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
