Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
Taking care of the entire operations of the branch including staff, accounts and transportation also.
Managing the staff (Teachers, care takers) leaves and their queries on a regular basis.
Handling accounts (Fee collection and expenditures) and salaries of the staff.
Plans, directs any event in the branch well in advance.
Taking care of the enquiries of the new admissions and converting them to admissions.
Addressing the existing parent’s queries and taking care of those queries.
Conducting first level of interview for the teacher post.
Checking all the day to day operations in the class rooms.(books,diaries) etc.
**Key Skills**:
Excellent Communication Skills in English (Both Verbal & Written) is must.
Excellent Presentation & Organizing Skills.
Dynamic personality with ability to do Multi Task.
Having good command on Microsoft excel,word document.
**Work Location**:Villa No 1,Wonder Cherish Villas,Masjidbanda,Kondapur
**Qualification**: Must be a graduate.B.Tech /MBA freshers also can apply.
**Timings**: 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM(MON-FRI) & 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM(SAT)
