1. Update the registration numbers of all vehicles registered the previous day to the accessories department and concerned sales consultant.

2. To be responsible for online registration and preparation of registration documents and collecting RTO covers from concerned sales consultants before delivery of the vehicle and submit the same to RTO.
- Registration Documents:_

Ø _Form 20 (online), Form 21 (online),_

Ø _Special number challan (if any)_

Ø _Purchase invoice_

Ø _Insurance_

Ø _Address proof_

Ø _Chassis number print_

Ø _Customer Photo_

3. To be responsible for online registration for a special number in Form 20 with the details of the vehicle, customer details, Finance & Insurance details and receive the concerned personnel approval in the printed document.

4. Coordinate with the concerned sales consultant for customer approval of Form 20 documents and forward the same with the Special Number Challan and Special Number Acknowledgement Form to RTO.

5. Accountable for checking the Ex-showroom price, Margin amount and complete vehicle details manually and ensuring error-free registration documents.

6. To be responsible for calculating the e-payment amount and facilitating the e-payment process in coordination with the Accounts department.

7. To be responsible for preparing and circulating the daily delivery list to the Insurance department & delivery coordinator and the daily registration list to drivers and ensuring timely registration and delivery of vehicles.

8. To be responsible for preparing the IOM for the discount amount/customer offers and also submit a report on the Discount on Sales report every month and daily registration list to Assistant General Manager Sales & General Manager Accounts.

9. To be responsible for collecting and consolidating all the Corporate claim papers from concerned customers and submit the same to the Accounts department and facilitate further processing.

10. To be responsible for the generation of various reports every month and submit the same for Senior Management and Management perusal and approval.

11. To develop self-capability and knowledge by continuous gradation of process and trending scenarios in the field of registration.

12. Ensure housekeeping standards and **5S benchmarks** / Go Green initiatives are strictly adhered to in the department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
