Business Development Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of our partnership programs, including the
'HealthSy Partnered Doctors Network Programme' and the 'HealthSy Partnered Retail Pharmacies Network Programme
'. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with potential partners.
Key Responsibilities:1.Research and Identification of Potential Partners:Conduct market research to identify and target potential partners for HealthSy’s various partner programs.Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.Develop a pipeline of prospective partners through networking, events, and online research.
2.Partner Registration and Onboarding:Manage the end-to-end partner registration process, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new partners, providing them with all necessary information and support.Develop and maintain relationships with partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
3.Partner Training and Support:Design and deliver training programs to educate partners about HealthSy’s services, systems, and expectations.Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.Monitor partner performance and satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.
4.Program Development and Improvement:Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance partnership programs.Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve the program structure and offerings.Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials to support partner programs.
5.Reporting and Analysis:Track and report on partnership activities, including performance metrics and ROI.Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on the status and success of partnership initiatives.Utilize data to make informed decisions and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within the healthcare industry.Strong research and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
